There’s this place called Sandy Beach Park not too far from where I live.  It’s not very sandy, and I don’t believe there is a beach…but there is a park!  Anyway, it’s a little hidden gem in the heart of Calgary that is loved by dog walkers, rafters and outdoors lovers – such as this family that I adore!

I love photographing people doing what they love to do.  Walking in this park is one of their go-to family adventures.

These photos were taken last spring…just as the leaves and green grass were starting to poke through. Oh how I long for those days again.
