I really need to get better at taking pictures of my own family. I guess part of me doesn’t want to constantly have a camera in my husband or daughter’s face…I’d hate for them to run the other way when I pick it up. And part of me just needs a break because I have my hands full just editing other people’s photos. Probably the most important reason I don’t take more family pics is it’s just nice to be able to enjoy the moment sometimes. You know?
But I also don’t want to look back on these days and kick myself for not taking more photos! Realistically, I doubt that will happen 🙂 Anyway, it’s always nice to have an excuse to make a point of taking family photos. And challenges like this keep me motivated.
I’m part of a blogging circle with some other Clickin’ Moms fans called Finding Lifestyle. This month’s topic is motion. It was a tough one for me…I couldn’t think of what to take pictures of…then I remembered that my daughter loves the swing.
