For a couple of years now I’ve been playing around with portrait photography.  Although I’ve loved photography for years, bringing real, live people into my shots (as opposed to flowers & birds) didn’t begin until a friend asked me to photograph her family,  and then another one asked me, and another… and now, a couple of years later (and about 25-30 shoots under my belt) I’m starting to think that perhaps I should really make a go at this photography business.

My goal this year is to come up with a solid business plan and make some positive changes to my website and overall brand at the same time – so bear with me as I take you along for the ride! And what better way to do this than with the Right-Brain Business Plan.

Jennifer Lee  is hosting her FREE Right-Brainers in Business Video Summit again.  I followed along last year and loved it.    She’s got some great guests again this year and I was oh so excited to see that someone I know is one of them.  Yesterday I watched the wonderful Vivienne McMaster be interviewed.  I’ve watched Vivienne’s business flourish over the past couple years…such an inspiring gal.

Anyway, I went out and bought the book this weekend.  Now it’s time to get cracking.  BTW, if you want to get in on the summit it’s still running this week as well.
