A while ago I did some branding photos for the awesome women of Body, Breath & Soul. I was just looking at their (gorgeous) website so it triggered my mind about these photos…and figured it was time to share!
They do important work in the world…so I wanted to share a bit about that too. Here’s a little snippet from their website:
Many of us live primarily in our minds; thinking, planning, and processing memories of the past or anticipating future events. Integrative Body Psychotherapy (IBP) is an energetic approach to enhancing wellbeing through breath, movement and mindful awareness of somatic experience to facilitate the release of defensive holding patterns in the body and self-limiting beliefs in the mind.
We are the new Directors of IBP Alberta; Rebecca Miller Quigley, Barbara Verveda and Kelly Fredell. We are very excited to be continuing the history of IBP in Alberta starting with Pat Quigley, Sally Devereux, and Shannon Zaychuck to the current Director Wendy McCrae.
The IBP training program is designed for mental and medical health professionals, allied professionals, as well as for personal development for non-professionals. The IBP Training Program offers the same core curriculum with four tracks of study depending upon your specialization and/or interest.
